Client Endorsements

“Lisanne Scafine worked with me as a food and prop stylist for 3 years. I found her to be incredibly creative, reliable and easy to work with, even under difficult circumstances. She is capable of handling almost any project that would come her way. I totally recommend her to any client.”
—Bunny Martin, Food Stylist, San Francisco, CA

“For the past 10 years I have had the privilege of working with Lisanne. As the executive chef, I was responsible for sending out ‘on-site chefs” to a variety of locations, full of variables and potential problems — the kind of work that requires ‘on-the-spot’ problem solving. I always knew when Lisanne was in charge she would make the right decisions, prepare and present the food with style and flair, and make sure the clients had an excellent experience. She assumes responsibility with grace, gets great results, and is a joy to work with.”
—Stacey Pearl, Exeutive Chef, NYC

“Lisanne has been a party planner, decorator and consultant for us over the years. She is passionate, committed, and creative. I have consistently seen her deliver projects on or ahead of time, usually far exceeding the initial demands of her work. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any professional position in which she can channell her considerable skills and creativity.”
— Nicolas Ballas, Managing Partner — Cowgirl BBQ, Santa Fe, NM
